Not sure if there is a place where we can write our measurements so I will do it here.
Bust 42"

I have been doing my 3 days a week weight exercises, but I need to start on my running goal which I keep making excuses about.
There is absolutely no reason why I don't go walking jogging at night. I have no responsibilities at that time except for my dogs... and they can be fed anytime..
I have had a lady reach out to me and invite me for a run on Sundays when she goes to the beach with her daughter to do little athletics but this morning I woke up with a headache... so over headaches!!!!!

Starting again, not sure if I can keep up with the Paleo until I do a reboot and retrain my brain to not eat so much.. we only get fat because we eat too much for our own body... Going to ease into a Reboot ( juice fast) and then go onto Paleo later.. I suffer a lot from headaches especially in the mornings.. why? stuffed if i know, I am so over analyzing myself!

I really do not understand why I don't lose weight on the scales. I am staying between 72-73 whether I eat poorly or not.
I know building muscle is also included on the scales, and I can fit into my old jeans, but I just can't get my head around the fact that the weight has actually gone up!
I can now do 3 x 16 girly push ups when in the beginning of January i could not even do one push up, I know I am stronger and fitter and have no pains and I should be focusing on that instead, but as they say;
Old habits die hard!
