Not the direction i want to be going but at least I'm back on track with making it to the gym every weekday for the last 2 weeks.

Imagine my shock when I saw nearly an 8 lb gain in a lil over a month. I've been making it to the gym 3 to 5 times a week and started eating smaller portions. At least I know why I ripped my jeans getting into the truck the other day. Thank goodness it was at the end of the day. Have a great weekend everyone.

Have been sick the last month off and on so it's hindering my workouts a little. So ready to be completely well to get 100% back on track. Have a great weekend everyone.

that was a hard earned pound. 3 soccer games in 2 nights killed me. I'm surprised I'm up and walking around today. have a great weekend everyone.
