My weight as at Friday 19 September was 125 kg. I am going to try to get as close as possible to 100 kg by Sunday 2 November. In the next six weeks I'm going to fast for 4 days straight at least twice and during the fast can only have 1 cup of soup, black tea & coffee each fasting day. This is taken from BBC's Dr.Michael Murphy's documentary "Eat, Fast & Live Longer". During this period, when not on my fast, I will not be counting any calories for any fruit and veg I consume and for the rest will try to keep under 2000 kcal. I wont be weighing myself again until 2/11 and will then report this to my weight history.
