Have just finished my 3rd week where I fasted for 106 hours. It seemed easier in parts for the first 3 days but the 4th was a bit hard as had a headache and was craving fruit real bad. I got through it though and am making sure for the next 3 days I don't do anything silly. I've decided that I'm going to vary the fast next week to my own spec. I'll fast again as usual but will drink fresh orange juice whenever I feel like it. I really think my body needs the refreshing nutrients of fruit to promote weight loss and inner well-being. OK will post again next week. PS.... I'm also now able to walk twice a day for about 4 to 4.5 hours. I'll certainly try to keep this up.

Eat the whole fruit maybe? Juice alone misses all the fibre. Or maybe get a nutriblast or ninja or something similar that uses the whole fruit? I hear the nutriblast comes with a lot of nutrient rich recipes too and people seem to rave about it (certainly getting my attention, thinking I might be tempted to buy one). Fruit juice alone without the fibre is pretty much straight sugar. Good luck but please be careful with such long fasts. Maybe see if the 5:2 diet works for you by Dr Michael Mosley if you find the fasting beneficial. His site is here.
