I use this a bit to help plan my meals and keep on track, the RDI is less than on fs, its also good to check lots of sites and when you get a few that say the same thing that is a good place to start :D, anyway this is free to join - has meal plans etc, https://healthtracker.priceline.com.au/

Its not all about calories out being more than calories in. Not all calories are equal.

the only diet that has ever worked for me (and I've tried them all), is the one I'm on now .... more a lifestyle than a diet ... its beyond Atkins I'm into my own version of a Ketogenc diet .... eg I have bacon + 1 egg fried in butter or coconut oil with sour cream and maybe 20% of an avocado + 8000mg of fish oil caps + coffee with a dollop of butter for breakfast ... not hungry until around 1.30-2.00pm have butter a couple of cherry tomatoes, a wedge of camembert cheese and half a cucumber and 1 dill pickle cucumber with more butter :) for lunch and for dinner maybe 100 or so grams of salmon fried in butter or coconut oil and sometimes for a desert I have up to 50gms of biodynamic yoghurt with a squeeze of lime a desert spoon of liquid coconut oil (swirl it in and when it solidifies there is crunchy coconut mixed through the yoghurt for a bit of a sweetener I stir in 1.5 ground up tablets of srevia
