Heading in the right direction again, been pretty hungry the last couple of days, learning to live with it. Body fat is 27.1% according to weight watchers scales.
94.5 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 11.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
