Crazy, losing at 3.5kg a week again, 41kg to go. If anyone is wondering I weigh myself on 10 year old industrial digital scales, that are very accurate.
As an experiment I weighed myself at midnight last night and I was 121.1kg,
after 7.5 hrs sleep I weighed myself again at 120.6 kg. I lost 0.5 kg overnight!
It must be muscle loss, water loss and brain shrinkage ;-) Or it could be my wholefood, high protein, low carb restricted calorie diet ?

Well done. I wiegh myself on the old type of scales which spins a disc. Its not much good for showing 400gms etc but perfect for 1kg increments

Yes, doesn't it make a difference when you we weigh yourself. I get an "empty" weight that is different from a "just eaten" or "before the toilet" weight. It can vary a lot .
