Well I had some issues. New flatmate wanted fried rice so I had it. That lead to ice cream and chips the next day. Not to mention a Krispy Kreme. Today I have renewed hope that maybe I am more toned. I'm not going to let it get me down. I will weigh in and continue to do well. My digestion has been better. Taking Super Kelp which apparently helps with metabolism. Went to spin class. Onward and upward (but down on the scales).
