Wow, dunno what happened but I've been on really low carbs the last week, *fresh* fish,mushrooms,silver beet,egg,broccoli,cheese for breakfast soy milk and coconut milk with protein powder for lunch and chicken with melted cheese for tea.

I seem to be back on track losing weight again.
