OMG - how time flies. Has been a while since I last logged-in here ... well winter is now over(just) & I'm fatter than ever. Beginning tomorrow , I'm going on a hi-protein / low carb diet ... never done this before, but i love protein , so hopefully it wont be too difficult.
Will weight-in 1st thing tomorrow morning (MON) ... i might keep my weigh-ins strictly to a regular Monday morning thing

I did that too Russell. I lost 38 kg. I'm happy with that. I also watched hidden sugars so all full fat and no processed meat. Good on you. Onwards and downwards. 😊

I'm getting positive results from the low carb-high protein diet. I have never focused so specifically on carbs before, but cutting out sugar and reducing carbs is working for me.
