hit 85kg this morning. I need to ensure I have a good drink of slightly salted water in the morning.
I felt like crap most of the day. I had a lick of salt and a big drink of water and shortly after felt much better..
I need to increase my calories a bit more. I have been doing a bit of Italian work (Manuel labor.) I fatigued out yesterday while cutting a load of firewood .
