I have my appetite back..strength is returning. I'm happy to hover between 74 and 75 kg.

I have been consistently hovering around 79 and a bit kg for 6 weeks. last week I had a bad flu, which wiped me out for 8 days.

As is normal when you get sick, you don't tend to eat as much. So the body went into a semi fasting state. It rebooted the ketosis and I lost 6kg.

I'm still wiped out by that flu. But have been eating more. I'm actually not interested in losing any more weight, though my original goal was to reach 65kg.

I have shed clothing sizes down to medium. From XXL.

I hit 78 on the scales today. i have had to pack away all my fav shirts, as they were xl or xxl. some large.

I had to buy a heap of medium sized tee shirts, and wear suspenders / braces to hold my jeans up. i can't wear a belt because it aggravates a umbilical hernia. Which has been behaving itself since I lost weight. i havent had to take any asthma meds for 4 months now.

i was sick last weekend, and power vomited everything. Usually after an event like that it takes 2 weeks or more to bounce back. I was feeling pretty good yesterday... its a strong indication that my inflammatory levels are way down.

I reached a definite 80kg yesterday morning. No matter how I wiggled around on the scales, the needle consistently hit on the left side of the 80kg mark.

I have a few jeans and 1 work pants that fit me. They were wrongly labled on their sizes when we bought them. Everything else hangs off me like a clown outfit.
