I completed my first challenge successfully. Lost over 11 lbs during the challenge. Now I just need to lose the remaining 6 lbs by the end of the year.
88.9 kg Lost so far: 24.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
