Ran out of time to get to the gym yesterday, so with no gym I put on 0.3kg after consuming 1550 cal ... Perhaps I need to lower the calories counted by Fatsecret to 1400, given my sedentary lifestyle ? or perhaps the calories estimated by while eating at the restaurant yesterday were way under ?
