Week 3 day 5 loss 500gms.
Still unwell, have ear infection.
Done no exercise. But not eating much.
Trying to have between 50 and 100 Carbs per day.
56.1 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
