i keep putting weight on, way too much evening eating. Tired & emotional- I know its self soothing. Too much time in front of the tv, too many bad habits.
72.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 7.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
