good day. ate well. played light tennis. woke up at 95.3. did spin felt knackered. now 95.
95 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg.    Still to go: 10 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Excellent, but if you tire yourself out, you may lose momentum. My current goal is also 95. Hope that yours goes well. God bless.

Thanks guys. I'll lower the target to 90 and see how I go. I just love food, I am healthy and active, but I love food

I'm not too healthy, and not too active, but I do love food- especially the delicious and unhealthy stuff. Hard, isn't it?
