New App...New Beginnings.
I had an epiphany the other day...I got out my kitchen scales and decided to weigh portions of foods that I would routinely eat and then calculate the calories in that portion...unsurprisingly, I was gobsmacked to discover that I was eating way too big servings.
Gobsmacked because I don't eat junk...eat low carb...Vegetarian...very low added or naturally occurring sugar...no carbonated drinks (diet or otherwise)...etc...just too much in general!
71.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 16.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
