Waist equals 91cm oh dear - over 88cm is a high health risk! Imagine the visceral fat sitting on my liver, gall bladder and spleen. ALARM - motivation to stick to this plan

Day 1 and I see how easy it is to consume 1300 calories on good day to day foods with no snacking. Perhaps this is my realistic cap, and with daily exercise I hope will shift the flab. Aiming for 800 cals would really stress me - I don't have diabetes so it need not be that drastic (see blood sugar diet by Dr. M. Mosley). After all 1800 calories daily consumption with exercise will maintain my ideal weight and is to become my lifetime habit.

By the end of this week I will have erased the following habits.
1. No eating after 8pm and before 8am. (minimum 12 hour fast)
2. No eating mindlessly in front of the TV; PC, phone or written material.
3. No rushing food, more putting down fork/spoon and chewing food mindfully.
4. No discounting calories, counting all food intake via this tool.
5. No excuse for missing daily exercise be it walking, swimming, weights,
increasing steps to 10,000 daily with fitbit.
6 No consumption of chips, cakes, chocolate, biscuits, bread, high
processed carbs, white flour goods, wheat, rice, honey,
dried fruit, sugar, soft drinks, rice crackers, grapes.
