Ok so I maintained. My digestion is better. My iron levels are probably better and I'm eating more fruit and veg again. Last week, I had a day where I lost 800g overnight. I want that back. I wish I had have put all my eating in last week. Anyway, it was the day after I went to the city and walked alot. I had a crossaint though but this time no organe juice. Then before I left had a healthy chicken sandwhich. I can't remember if I skipped carbs at night altogether. Maybe that was the key.

Am in two minds about doing a fast day tomorrow (800 cals). In accordance with Patrick Holford Burn Fat Fast. Maybe the fast day last week (Saturday) did help, but delayed. I am worried I wont get enough iron or nutrients.
89.1 kg Lost so far: 0.1 kg.    Still to go: 21.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
