I did pay the price of eating out on a couple of motorbike trips, probably way too much salt, whatever it was, I seem to have stagnated for a week, weight wise. I'm still chocolate free since the 3rd August 2016, no lollies, ice-cream no junk, and Im still eating properly, and still less calories in than out.
