I’ve ignored this for too long- emotional eating, watching the weight climb & not prepared to really act. I’m feeling tired & fat. I’m not this person , I must be true to myself- food is not the answer to ‘fixing’ emotion, I know that I’ve let myself down doing this. It’s got to stop.

The fridge was my best friend when I got stressed and I too came to the point where we just had to look at our relationship. I decided to put a note on the door simply saying "what are you looking for Steve?" This combined with learning "mindfulness" (Google it) helped build a healthier relationship with the fridge. Hell I was getting up in the middle of the night to visit her😍LOL
