I ve only just discovered this recipe programme, now, when my new positive surgeon says my BMI is fine and i dont really HAVE to lose weight in order to get my knee sorted. However i m going to exercise more and try all these fab recipes.. especially this one. i ve been trying to avoid ice cream for ages! thanks.

Tried this and it ended as a disaster . The cookies were stuck to oven tray , even after 20 mins in oven it was not crunchy or properly done :( May be i am new to cooking .
