Chocolate Protein Cake

Simple chocolate sponge cake with protein cream.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients
  2. Mash banana, add the oil and mix all the wet ingredients together.
  3. Put dry and wet ingredients in a blender until smooth. Bake in a 180°c oven for 20 minutes. Let it cool completely.
  4. Cut into 2 layers.
  5. Make a filling by combining coconut cream with 1 pack (30g) of protein powder until smooth. Put in a fridge for an hour.
  6. Spread the filling on one layer and place another layer on top.
