Plateaus can be demoralising but when they break you will feel 100x better then any other loss👌

The Plateau... so annoying.. but usually a breakthrough just around the corner. It s a bit like pulling hen s teeth sometimes..and other times fast.. sweat it out!!!!

60kg is briliant. I am only 5 foot myself and my loss has plateaued at 70kg for over a year now. I know the frustration. I used to be around 53kg before I got sick 11 years ago. I am aiming for the low 60's now and trying to be patient with myself. Keep at it and try keto maybe?

Yeah well I'm still eating a large amount of carbs so I really need to cut out carbs almost completely and see if that helps it's been a week of no sugar other than fruit and that hasn't helped but apparently I should be cutting out fruit as well for sugar but I'm also eating yoghurt which has some sugar in it and cheese so I don't know if I should cut out dairy as well but it's not leaving me with much to eat lol i only eat once a day as I fast and follow omad or (one meal a day) I'm only eating 1400 calories I was eating 1500 but dropped to see if that helped which it didn't lol i upped my exercise which also didn't seem to help I walk around 11 miles a day or 20-25,000 steps a day as well as jogging and do weights and sit ups lol not sure what I'm doing wrong

Try Chobani greek yoghurt, it's super low carb compared to most. And berries are your best low carb fruit option :)

I am finding that cutting out sugar, bread, rice, potatoes and other high carbohydrate foods I am getting results. I replace the carbohydrates with protein, dairy and a fair amount of fat. I recently learned that making ketones from not eating carbohydrates makes your body burn stored fats. In Australia, see the SBS television documentary "The Obesity Mtyth".
