Following fairly well, but have fallen off the wagon with my daily on hour elliptical (mostly do this for heart health) as family issues have meant I have no "get up and go". When I have a bad day, emotionally or food-wise, I wait til I feel in a better place and just start again. At least I'm losing a little.
58.4 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 0.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
