So ,, I decided to try the Mediterranean, previously I was keto. I am not a fan of this breakfast, I did eat it, I was pleased that when I checked my measures I am bang on.

😍 So now I’m wanting that for breakfast, problem is I already had a substantial serving of protein porridge with cottage cheese and strawberries 🍓 Maybe I’ll have this for lunch 😋
