I saw a dietitian a few weeks ago. She said I'm not eating enough. I've stuck to the calorie intake I was using a couple of years back, not sticking with it that well often. She's asked me to increase my intake, which will add maybe two kilos. That is the case, but she says my body will adjust to the extra food and I "should" lose the tummy. Let's see how the goes.
61.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

The thing is that if you go too low, your body responds by hanging onto the fat more stubbornly as it is a survival mechanism. It sounds wrong but your dietician might be right. Let us know how you go and good luck to you.
