It is hard to realise I was putting on too much weight when growing up. Because it feels like putting on weight is part of growing up. But again, during my childhood and teenage years I was never overweight. I was pretty active and never overwater. And in late teens growth sprout grew me closer to 180cms and my weight was dismal. However things started to change later in my early to late 20s as I was exposed to too much freedom coupled with friends, I started to eat a lot of fast foods and drinks. This was the exact cause for losing track of my weight. Although I knew my weight was going overboard, I didn't see any significant reason to control it. Actually everyday life took control and I just went with the flow.

Interestingly I never even imagined myself what if my weight is only 70kgs. How would I look and feel. Because I have always seen myself in mirrors as an overweight person, my image of myself is that overweight person. Only recently I have started to reimagine myself of that new person with ideal weight. That person is my inspiration.
