The main problems I encountered in the gym or going to the gym were dealing with unknowns.

Firstly I didn't have a plan as to what to do and how long I want to spend time in the gym.

Secondly wasting time watching your phone or replying to messages. I was spending more than an hour but mostly eating time, not exercising.

Thirdly getting intimidated by the gym junkies that are just like showing off. Whether they like showing off or not is none of our business. Unnecessarily getting intimidated with their bulk bodies or muscles or the heavy weights they lift was my problem.

Having a plan was my antidote to this problem.
