The results you see by being on a weightloss journey are:
1. You may have started to notice an improvement in your energy levels. 2. Your clothes might be feeling looser and 3. You could even be sleeping better.
We may not necessarily see much weight drops initially but over a period of time you will notice that also.
The more often we do something as part of our daily lives, the easier it becomes and the more likely it is to become a habit. Just like brushing your teeth, doing some sort of movement every day will be wired into your brain so that your day won't feel complete without it. The key is to get your body used to daily activity and form a habit. Keep going!
