Or eat more potatoes, leafy greens, banana etc. 🙃 Lots of vegetables and fruits are helping with weight loss anyways 🤗

Potatoes and Bananas are few of my favourites, however not very good for calorie deficit 😕😕. I will look into electrolytes or effervescent tablets.

After a year of calorie restrictions I was worried that I could be deficient in some vitamins, minerals etc so I had a blood test. Everything perfect including Vit B, foliate and Vit D. Cholesterol is a bit high. It proves that my body doesn't need any more than I am having so I am sticking to 1100 cal

@mials11 that's good to know... That's one of the worries I have...

Potassium is one of those minerals that the body regulates, and any medication that has potassium involved should mean blood tests because the whatever it is called - the range??? is very exact. Too low or too high both impact the heart . So you may find your potassium is fine. We have a pretty amazing body. Thanks for the list is supplements list though. I have to go and look at where I am at with those.

@debh743 yeah abnormal heart rhythm is one of the signs of inadequate potassium levels. We may also feel cramps and fatigue. You would feel it more if you were to involve in regular physical activities.

I have a banana every day for lunch (and that's it). Filling and healthy

@mials11 with all due respect banana is good but not as a meal by itself. As you know, banana only has less than 1g fat, less than 1g protein and 20g of carbs. It does make you feel full but may not be good enough health wise. However it does have plenty of potassium - ~290mg.
