Consistently I had to go to fight with my limiting beliefs that were not serving me well.

I didn't believe I could lose this much weight...

I didn't believe that eating healthy is easy

I didn't believe that portion control was possible

I didn't believe that I can do 25 crunches at a stretch

I didn't believe that our bodies required only limited amount of food, that too only right amount of macros

I didn't believe that my limited belief were the reason why I was stuck

I didn't believe that negative emotions were actually learnt behaviours

I didn't believe that limiting beliefs and negative emotions can be changed

however, It all changed when I was ready and started to see the results...

Now I only believe in the things that serves me... and don't hold on to the ones that are there for secondary gains...
