Continued to lose over a very quiet Christmas, but even with exercising an hour a day, it is fluctuating and today is 58.1. But I'm confident it is heading (generally) in the right direction.
58.1 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 0.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
