Exercising an hour a day at a rate to get my heart going, as a result of finding I have a (lowish but still scary) calcium score must be helping my weight, but it is still only just dropping. Goodness knows what happens when I eat more. My dietitian says it may be that I always have to eat 1100 calories a day (when I exercise for one hours) and 900 when I don't exercise. Slow metabolism sucks. I'm not hungry, but one dinner out adds half a kilo which then takes another week to lose again.
