Oh, my! I only ate two of these. Woooooo! Like Ric Flair slapped me. lol So here's a tip if you need to kick your meat dishes up a notch try making them with one of these sauces- creamy garlic Parmesan, buttery garlic buffalo, chicken bacon ranch, or roasted garlic alfredo. Flexing those baby back ribs. Went to the eye doctor today, put those dilating drops in my eyes. Ugh. Took that stuff almost eight hours to wear off. Eyes look good, no macular degeneration or any of that sort of stuff and told me to come back in two years. 👍

My food intake on a typical day #LowCarb/#Keto/#Carnivore- Up at 5am, coffee until noon (4 cups or more). OMAD usually one thing, i.e., steak, ribs, sausage, eggs, whatever, NO CARBS! Sipping huge glass of ice water until bed time around 9/10pm. I'm down 140 pounds since December of 2022.
