This weigh in is the scales at the gym. On Jan 1 I was 82.8 on that scale. This might be hard to repeat for the rest of the week, but see how we go.

I am eating to the weather, so lots of fruit and yoghurt this weekend. No interest in cooking in this heat. It will affect but blood sugar readings but at least I've put myself in a position where the impact will be minimal and brief.

Have cut my walking to 60 mins max for the time being. I was getting worrying low blood pressure readings when i pushed it out to 9-10km as I have been on medication. Have already cut off 2 medications things are going so well, and have no intentions of going back to my prior bad habits. Touch wood.

An unbelievable FBG of 4.6 today, coupled with movement on the scale.

Absolutely nothing on the scales, but FBG a 5.7. My average over the last week is 6.2, so I'm almost back to my normal.
