Thrilled with the 700g weightloss, this week, despite a naughty roast pork crackling day. 😁 Have last 10.4kg so far, and less than 3kg from my original target weight. YAY!

Great to see some good reduction over the week. My jeans are very loose and will look forward to seeing them get even looser. :-) Had a couple of meals out - lunch for my birthday, then dinner for my neighbours' birthdays, and still managed to lose half a kilo, so ecstatic. Yay!

Poor weight loss this week, but had a couple of not so good days, which clearly didn't help (only 50-120 cals over, but seems to be enough to make a difference). 😢
Also, almost out of shakes, so I've been having just one a day. Perhaps that's why the poor weight loss? I've got to transition, anyway, so will have to find more suitable foods to replace the meals.

Another 400g off this week ... YAY!!!
only got about 1 week's worth of shakes left, so improvising a gradual drop, to get ready for maintenance mode. Hope it works
