This stuff might be high protein, but heaven help me it was my undoing this week!! There was no stopping at a 'taste' or even a 'portion' once the packet was cracked! Note to self: purchase occasionally, open only when in company to share the bliss...

S-w-eet 🤸🏼♀️ Ever so slowly creeping to the 'upper limit' of what I hope and pray will be my maintenance weight until they put me in the ground and I start pushing up daisies 😀 Worthy of note: this week I have gone down another notch on my Garmin smart watch 👍 That's equavalent to a notch per 5-6kg loss. Also a reminder that excess fat spreads everywhere (who knew!!!) and of what our bodies are capable of if we just keep turning up with good fuel, consistent sleep and a bit of regular movement...

Am I running out of milestones? Not yet 😁 In August last year I marked the occasion of having lost the weight of a baby cow (40kg according to google 😀) I joked at the time that was one down and one to go... this morning I have hit that target 🎉 Farewell to the TWO baby cows I used to have to haul around and keep fed (and clothed...) on a daily basis 🐄🐄🤣 Life is so much better without all that going on 🤸🏼♀️ I am still amazed at how our bodies bounce back after years of neglect... Thanks again to this wonderful community for your support and encouragement and for sharing your different strategies and experiences to help inspire each other ❤️ You really are awesome !!

Digging in for the last few days of this month to see if l can budge another 1/2kg, swapped my usual flavoured tuna for the plain chunk style in springwater and added lemon juice kindly gifted from some of my lovely neighbours !!!
