So this is my body's response to breaking 12 mths of very clean eating & min. alcohol at a wedding where I ate all the things, drank (a few!?) cocktails & finished the day by eating my slice of wedding cake at 11pm before face planting my pillow - haha!!

Love it! A late night out definitely leaves us worse for wear as we get older. Sounds like you let your hair down and enjoyed yourself! All good.

Lizplackard09 wear did you find that body battery calculator. It looks to be a very interesting and useful application.

@DinghyDave, the body battery calculator is one of the reports available from my Garmin smartwatch... The watch was an early Christmas present to myself and it is some of the best money I have spent since starting my weight loss and wellness journey (I recommend getting something like it if you are serious about a long term lifestyle change)... I monitor a lot of the reports along with the FS app daily and continue to learn how my body responds to food, stress, exercise of different types, medication and this most recently was very illuminating 😀 BTW - The graph that goes with this snapshot was a flat line the next day and didn't start to increase again until the following night..I wonder if that's where the expression 'feeling flat' after letting loose for a day or so comes from 😂

@LuluAmy23, I agree!! After seeing this, I wonder how some of us ever made it through our late teens and into our twenties 😉 I also wonder if we had this kind of information available to us back then if we might have made different choices 🤔 probably not - we think we are pretty invincible up until things start breaking down - hahaha

Wow what an achievement Liz! Well done to you.👏👏 I just joined this free app to count calories so my aim is to gift away 38kg . Hopefully I can stick to my allowed calories to reach my goal.❤🌹
