Staying steady at 71kg. Had friends come stay for a week so skipped a week of work-outs, and a few cheat days on diet. But thankfully not gaining weight, Phew! Time to push a bit harder and aim for another 2kg loss over the next couple of weeks. Intermittent fasting, protein and veggies based diet, at home work outs, walking the hills in neighbourhood. Having lost 4kg I’m able to gif into an old fave pair of jeans, and a jacket that my arms did not fit last month. So that’s rewarding, to notice a visible difference in clothes. Next goal will be 69kg.
71 kg Lost so far: 4 kg.    Still to go: 6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
