Just had a three week holiday, including an 11 day cruise. I ate how I wanted to, carefully, but didn't do without anything. I had a few desserts if they appealed, and having a 26 hour commute (two flights plus transit time) on the way and slightly longer on our return, that involved lots of eating whilst just sitting.
So I'm happy to have put on only 1kg. Now to keep going and get down another four kg to feel I'm at a comfortable weight and BMI (according to my dietitian).
