Went to dinner last night and ate a huge pasta meal after a seafood chowder. Felt really uncomfortably full and the big pasta meal was not something I'd normally have eaten. But with friends, how to say "no"?

This morning I'm 1kg heavier than two mornings ago. So I'm back onto the wagon.
56.1 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
