I find that when I eat I feel full on smaller meals. This means that I am limiting my intake and not overdoing the eating experience. 🤔
97.9 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg.    Still to go: 21.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I agree, only way I can get my cals up is with more but smaller meals
