Well, after changing the batteries in the scales, having not weighed in for three days, I'm 59kg today. I feel fat (I'm only 5'2") and I'm so sick of having to watch everything I eat. I've been around 58kg, just under, mostly just over, through this Covid pandemic, not eating stupidly either.
We are actually eating a lot of fruit, egg on toast for brekky, basic meals for dinner, not a lot of complicated cooking, and the only think I could tweak is increase green leafy veg. The rest I believe has to be post-menopause issues. So, today, yet again, I'll start recording what I eat in the hope I can stop just getting heavier and heavier.
