Quarantine frustration and didn’t have much of good news these weeks. So have been overeating and snacking a lot. Snack are evil for me. But I don’t want to lose all the progress so I’ll start dieting again.
59 kg Lost so far: 12.5 kg.    Still to go: 1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I feel you :( I’ve been binge eating on so much sugary and fattening foods for the past month and I’ve noticed my body feeling heavier and heavier. Let’s not give up and start fresh!
