Great to see some good reduction over the week. My jeans are very loose and will look forward to seeing them get even looser. :-) Had a couple of meals out - lunch for my birthday, then dinner for my neighbours' birthdays, and still managed to lose half a kilo, so ecstatic. Yay!
74.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
