A step in the right direction once again! I have been a bit hesitant with weighing due to being worried if I was on an upward trend but seems as though something is working out. Looking at focusing on hitting my recommended macros and figuring out the rest from there.
165.4 kg Lost so far: 17.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

👍🏼🌟 You can do it. It’s just one day, one step at a time. Like anything, it’s daily habits that pay off in the long run. Find your key things you need to do and improve the quality of those. Better nutrition and exercise pays off in so many ways for your health and well-being. When you start feeling energetic and positive it doubly reinforces those good habits if you’ve made the connection by designing it yourself. Keep a balanced approach and break it down into small steps.

Thanks heaps guys, I got excited and checked today after getting back on the wagon and it's on a downward trend again. I think all that's left is for me to fix my dinner eating habits so that I don't feel bogged down the next day, that and need to sign up for the gym to add that to the schedule even if only a couple days a week to start with.
