52.4% fat.
It looks like if I have a high protein and low carbohydrate dinner I lose weight. ok. I can do that. Last night's dinner was fish and oven roasted veges. I'm sure I can find other variations.
95.1 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 21.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

sally jean you are on the right track! keep it up I noticed your bread is causing the high protein to not work properly. i have the same problem, so I cut out the bread altogether it takes a bit getting used to, about a month i use corn biscuits, they are something to put a spread on only two at a time, twice a day this is only a suggestion, as i don.t want to upset you - regards, prince fan i have not lost any weight either
