Just about 7,000 calories equal to a kilo body weight. My BMR is about 2,000 calories and to maintain my ugly weight I should consume 3,000 calories. Any calories I burn more than I need per day would go towards my weight reduction.
103.5 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 24.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
